MADDIE'S SPAY / NEUTER PROJECT NYC
If you reside within the 5 borough of NYC and have a vaiid Medicaid card, you can have up to a total of 6 dogs/cats spayed or neutered each year for a special low price at participating vets. Here's how it works:

Visit www.animalalliancenyc.org or call (212) 252-2350 to get a list of participating vets

1. Bring your medicd card & photo ID when you take your pet in for the appointment The vet will photocopy your card

2. The vet will perform the surgery

3. Pay the vet for the surgery; $10.. per cat, $20 per dog, up to 6 animals/ year.

Note: These fees are for spay/neuter only. Additional fees may apply, depending on the health/age of your pet. You will be informed of any extra costs prior to surgery.
